Emily DeLisle

My name is Mrs. DeLisle!

I am thrilled to be joining the Holy Trinity School and community. I have been teaching for over ten years and am loving teaching 2nd grade!

I grew up in the Roseville and Shoreview area. I began my Catholic education attending St. Odilia School for most of elementary and middle school, then had the pleasure of going to Totino Grace High School where both of my parents had also gone. Throughout high school, I worked at many day camps, coached sports teams and babysat which began my passion to work with children.  After high school, I went to St. Cloud State University where I studied abroad and found my love of travel. During college I also worked at the Boys and Girls Club.

After graduating from St. Cloud State University, I spent time living in both Australia and Italy. I returned to the US to attend graduate school at St. Scholastica for Elementary Education. Then I moved to Florida where I taught at a Title I public school, after I found an opportunity to move to Sweden where I taught at an International School and finally lived and taught in Denver, CO for six years at a Catholic School where I met my husband. After getting married, we decided to move back to Minnesota to be closer to family.

I feel blessed to be a teacher at Holy Trinity and help develop the minds and hearts of our second graders!
