Katherine Kalinowski

My name is Katherine Kalinowski; I am excited to be serving as the Third Grade Teacher at Holy Trinity School!  

I graduated with a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. My love of teaching began when I taught private music lessons after graduation. I joined the U.S. Navy as an active duty musician and have over 11 years of experience performing and traveling in Navy Bands to locations including Italy, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea, and Hawaii. As part of my role as a Navy Musician, I was a frequent guest clinician in schools, where I got to instruct all levels of students. After the Navy, I taught music and fine arts to grades K-3 at a public charter school in Texas. 

I am originally from St. Charles, Missouri, where I grew up as the eldest of seven children. I love our Catholic faith and am passionate about sharing it with students. I am excited to be in Minnesota to teach at Holy Trinity!
